How to check the remaining warranty?
To check your remaining warranty, there are two options:

Via the JetWave App: Open the app and go to the "About" section, where you can find the date you registered your board and the remaining warranty term.

Via Email: You can also email us with your board's serial numbers, and we'll check the warranty status for you.
Please note that the warranty period starts from the purchase date, as indicated on your invoice from our dealers or direct purchase. To validate your warranty, make sure to register your board after purchase.
